The body physicalises and reveals our internal world as it adapts to survive perceived conditions. Harnessing this connection, we can pick up on the body’s messages on what needs to be resolved.
During particularly emotional events, we often form unhealthy beliefs which can become detrimental to our health, emotions and life choices.
Mind Detox quickly and easily finds the Root Cause Event and why it was a problem for you. We then completely upgrade these unseen, toxic beliefs and install new liberating learnings from a totally different vantage point. This is an enjoyable experience, there’s no dwelling on the memory; the focus is on getting peace with the past.
